8.  The requirements of this paragraph are that testing is carried out in accordance with the provisions relevant to emissions of PM and NOₓ in either BS EN 303-5:1999(1) or BS EN 303-5:2012(2), whichever standard is current at the time of testing.

Impact Assessments

Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services.
