A draft of this Order has been laid before Parliament in accordance with section 54(2)(c) of the Pensions Act 2014(1) and approved by a resolution of each House.
Accordingly, the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 53 and 54(5) of that Act makes the following Order.
