The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 41(5A) and (10) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 20021 and section 47 of the Crime and Courts Act 20132, makes the following Regulations.
In accordance with section 58(4)(i) of the Crime and Courts Act 2013, a draft of this instrument has been laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
