Amendments to article 58ZA of the 2009 Order (registration as a grace period generating station)

18.—(1) Article 58ZA of the 2009 Order(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)(b), omit “under article 58(4)”.

(3) In paragraph (8), omit “under article 58(9)”.
