Any direction given under section 8(6) of the Bail Act 1976 (bail with sureties)258 before the day on which paragraph 13 of Schedule 2 to this Order comes into force is, on or after that day, to be treated as a direction that arrangements be made for the recognizance of a surety to be entered into in Scotland before a constable of the Police Service of Scotland.
