Coming into force
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 4(4)(a) of the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 20081 and with the consent of the Welsh Ministers2, makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 20(3) of the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008, a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
Citation and commencement1
This Order may be cited as the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008 (Amendment of Schedule 3) Order 2013 and comes into force on 1st October 2013.

Schedule 33 to the Regulatory Enforcement and Sanctions Act 2008 (enactments specified for purposes of section 4(1): definition of “relevant function”) is amended as follows.
