83.—(1) The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) (England) Regulations 2007(1) apply in relation to the display on any site in England of an advertisement relating specifically to a PCC election as they apply in relation to the display of an advertisement relating specifically to a pending parliamentary election.
(2) The Town and Country Planning (Control of Advertisements) Regulations 1992(2) apply in relation to the display on any site in Wales of an advertisement relating specifically to a PCC election as they apply in relation to the display of an advertisement relating specifically to a pending parliamentary election.
