24. In schedule 2 to the Scottish Public Services Ombudsman Act 2002(1) (listed authorities), in Part 2 (entries amendable by Order in Council) before paragraph 21 insert the following—
“20B The British Waterways Board.”.

2002 asp 11. Paragraph 20A (Bòrd na Gàidhlig) was inserted by the Gaelic Language (Scotland) Act 2005 (asp 7), schedule 2, paragraph 2. There are other amendments that are not relevant to this Order.
