The Secretary of State, in exercise of the power conferred by section 9(2) of the Justice and Security (Northern Ireland) Act 20071, makes the following Order.
In accordance with section 9(7)(b) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House of Parliament.
