Amendment to regulation 32

13. In regulation 32 (application of the regulations to work-seekers which are incorporated) –
(a)after paragraph (2) insert—
“(2A) In regulation 5(2) after “Where the work-seeker” insert “, or the person who is or would be supplied by the work-seeker to carry out the work”; and
(b)in paragraph (12), for “any person who is under the age of 18, or who, by reason of age, infirmity or any other circumstance, is in need of care of attention” substitute “any vulnerable person”.
