The Secretary of State makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3A(1), (2) and (10) of the Immigration Act 1971(1).
In accordance with section 3A(13) of that Act, a draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
1971 c.77. Section 3A was inserted by section 1 of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (c.33).
