The Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Employment Relations Act 1999(1).
In accordance with section 42 of that Act, a draft of these Regulations was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
