The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 78, 291(2) and (3) and 355(1) of the Gambling Act 20051.

In accordance with section 355(4) of that Act a draft of this instrument was laid before Parliament and approved by resolution of each House.
