The Order is made, in exercise of the powers conferred on the Attorney General and Attorney General for Northern Ireland by section 377A(5) of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (1) (“the Act”).
2002 c.29. Section 377A is inserted by paragraph 115 of Schedule 8 to the Serious Crime Act 2007 (c.27)
