The Schedule (constitution, jurisdiction and procedure of Pensions Appeal Tribunals) is amended as follows.

In this Schedule “Tribunal” means a Pensions Appeal Tribunal for Scotland or Northern Ireland constituted in accordance with the provisions of this Schedule.
