The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 30(1) and (4), 31(1), (2) and (9), 32(3) and (5), 33(2) and (3), 34(2) and (3), 37(1), 38 and 145 of, and paragraph 30 of Schedule 5 to, the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 20071. The Scottish Ministers have consented to the making of this order in so far as their consent is required by section 30(7) of that Act.
A draft of this Order was laid before Parliament and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament in accordance with section 49(5) of that Act.
