87. In section 742 of the Companies Act 1985(1) (expressions used in connection with accounts)—
(a)in subsection (1), for “Part VII (accounts)” substitute “Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 (accounts and reports)”;
(b)in subsection (2), for “section 262(3)” substitute “section 853(4) and (5) of the Companies Act 2006”;
(c)omit subsection (2A).
Section 742 was substituted by the Companies Act 1989 (c.40), Schedule 10, paragraph 15; subsection (2A) was inserted by the Companies Act 1985 (Electronic Communications) Order 2000 (S.I. 2000/3373), article 28.
