148.—(1) In Part 4 of Schedule 9(1) of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (banking companies: additional disclosure of emoluments and other benefits to directors and others) paragraph 3 is amended as follows—
(a)in sub-paragraph (1)(a), omit “, or who was connected with such a director”;
(b)omit sub-paragraphs (4) and (5).
(2) These amendments have effect in relation to financial years ending on or after 6th April 2008.
Paragraph 3 has been amended by S.I. 2001/3649.
