In section 54(1)(b) of the Building Societies Act 1986 (disclosure of inspectors’ reports to the Financial Services Authority) for “, 442 or 446” substitute “or 442”.

This does not affect the application of that provision in relation to a report under section 446 of the 1985 Act made by inspectors appointed before the repeal of that section.
