The Lord Chancellor makes the following Order in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by section 19(1)(d) and (2)(a)(i) of the Constitutional Reform Act 20051.
In accordance with section 144(4) and (5)(b) of that Act, a draft of this instrument was laid before and approved by a resolution of each House of Parliament.
