Codes of practice

37.—(1) Article 65 of PACE (codes of practice) is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (a)—

(a) omit “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (i),

(b) at the end of sub-paragraph (ii) insert

“or

“(iii) to arrest a person;”.
