Amendment of the principal Regulations
18. In regulation 7A—
(a)in the heading and in paragraph (1) for the words “and 7(2)(c)” there shall be substituted the words “, 7(2)(c) and (5)”;
(b)in the definition of “incapacity benefit decision” after the words “ relevant benefit” there shall be inserted the words “or relevant credit ”; and
(c)in the definition of “incapacity determination” for the words “ all work test” there shall be substituted the words “personal capability assessment”(1).

The Social Security (Incapacity for Work) Miscellaneous Amendments Regulations 1999, (S.I. 1999/3109) re-named the “all work test” the “ personal capability assessment”.
