Interpretation
2. In this Order—
“the 1933 Act” means the Children and Young Persons Act 1933(1);
“the 1952 Act” means the Prison Act 1952(2);
“the 1969 Act” means the Children and Young Persons Act 1969(3);
“the 1980 Act” means the Magistrates' Courts Act 1980(4);
“the 1982 Act” means the Criminal Justice Act 1982(5);
“the 1991 Act” means the Criminal Justice Act 1991(6);
“the 1994 Act” means the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994(7);
“the 1998 Act” means the Crime and Disorder Act 1998.
