The Statutory Rules (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 (NI 12)
In Parts I and II of Schedule 1 for the words from “Any officer, officers or committee” to “Ministries of Northern Ireland Act (Northern Ireland) 1921” substitute “Any officer acting by virtue of a Minute made by the Minister of a department under Article 4(2)(b) of the Departments (Northern Ireland) Order 1999”.
