Supplementary, incidental and consequential provision
9. In section 167(2)(a) of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993(1) (power of the Secretary of State to give directions to the Urban Regeneration Agency), the words “under this Part” shall be omitted.
