3 †Duties of Decanal Conferences. U.K.

The [F1 Deanery Synod] of each Island shall—

(a) provide for the forming, keeping and revising of a church electoral roll for that Island and the election of lay members of the [F1 Deanery Synod];

(b) elect representatives both clerical and lay to the [F2 Diocesan Synod] in accordance with directions given by that conference; and

(c) elect, through its lay members, one member of the House of Laity.
