6 Determination of questions. U.K.

For the purpose of this Measure, [F2 the Church Commissioners] shall appoint an appeal committee consisting of such [F2 Commissioners as they] may determine, and without prejudice to any other remedy a beneficiary shall be entitled to require that any question which may arise in connection with the application to the beneficial interest of such beneficiary of the system of quarterly payments established by this Measure shall be determined by such appeal committee.
