Church of England Pensions (Application of Capital Funds) Measure 2024
2024 No. 2
A Measure passed by the General Synod of the Church of England to extend until 31st December 2032 the period within which the Church Commissioners may make capital payments towards the cost of lump sums and pensions payable under certain pension and superannuation schemes.
