Section 15 (electoral rolls) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “the Rules for the Representation of the Laity for church electoral rolls” substitute “ the Church Representation Rules ”.

In the proviso to subsection (2)(i), for the words from “to the lay electoral commission” to the end substitute “ in accordance with the Church Representation Rules as if it were a refusal of enrolment on the church electoral roll of the parish in which the church is situated ”.
