In section 67 of the Ecclesiastical Commissioners Act 1840 (which provides for the application of the revenues of the Church Commissioners), the Proviso is repealed.

Section 12 of the Ecclesiastical Commissioners Act 1860 and, in section 14, the words “the proviso at the end of the said section, or” are repealed.
