11EIn section 60(3) of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 (c. 9), at the end there are added the following words “ unless it is a building which is a chapel forming part of an episcopal house of residence and is included in the list maintained by the Church Buildings Council under section 1 of the Care of Places of Worship Measure 1999 or is otherwise subject to the faculty jurisdiction ”.
