7EIn section 6(6) for the words “belongs to an ecclesiastical benefice” there shall be substituted the words “ is vested in the incumbent of a benefice of the Church of England ” and for the words “Church Commissioners” there shall be inserted the words “ Diocesan Board of Finance for the diocese in which the land is situated ”.
