This is the original version (as it was originally enacted).
2The provisions of Part I of this Measure shall not affect the validity of anything done by or in relation to the Church Commissioners before the appointed day; and anything (including legal proceedings) which on that day is in process of being done by or in relation to the Church Commissioners in connection with a function transferred by virtue of Part I of this Measure may be continued by or in relation to the transferee body.
