6In this Schedule—
“charity trustees” means the persons having the general control and management of the administration of the charity in question;
“local planning authority” in relation to any area means the body exercising the functions of a local planning authority under section 8 of [1990 c. 9.] the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990 in that area.
