1In section 36 of the M1Pluralities Act 1838—E
(a)for the word “he” there shall be substituted the words “ such spiritual person ”;
(b)after “widow” there shall be inserted the words “ or widower ”.

13In section 35(7) of that Measure after the words “traditions of the parish” there shall be inserted the words “ (including the terms of any resolution under section 3(1) of the Priests (Ordination of Women) Measure 1993 affecting the benefice in question) ”.E
