SCHEDULE 3 E Minor and Consequential Amendments to the 1977 Measure

3 E For section 5 of the 1977 Measure (enquiry to be conducted by diocesan committee or, at option of incumbent, provincial tribunal) there shall be substituted—

“5 Enquiry to be conducted by provincial tribunal.

An enquiry into the pastoral situation in a parish shall be conducted by a provincial tribunal for the province in which the parish in question is situated.”
