8U.K.Where a casual vacancy occurs among the members of the Commission appointed by the Archbishops of Canterbury and York, the Archbishops, after such consultation as appears to them to be appropriate having regard to the knowledge or experience of the person whose place is to be filled, may appoint a person to fill the vacancy.
