Neither the chairman nor any other member of the Advisory Board for Redundant Churches shall be a member of the Board of Governors of the Church Commissioners or of any committee constituted by the M1Church Commissioners Measure 1947, as amended by the M2Church Commissioners Measure 1964, or appointed by the said Board of Governors, or of the pastoral committee of any diocese.
