This Instrument brings into force, on 1st June 2013, section 1 of the Church of England Marriage (Amendment) Measure 2012.Section 2 and 3 of the Measure are already in force, having come into force, in accordance with section 3(2) of the Measure, on the day on which the Measure was passed.
