The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 6(2) of the Ecclesiastical Fees (Amendment) Measure 2011 F1, make the following Instrument:

1. This Instrument may be cited as the Ecclesiastical Fees (Amendment) Measure 2011 (Appointed Day No.1) Instrument 2011.
2. The day appointed for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Ecclesiastical Fees (Amendment) Measure 2011 is 1st July 2011—

This Instrument brings into force Part 1 and secton 4, 5(2) and (3), and 6 of, and Schedules 1 and 2 to, the Ecclesiastical Fees (Amendment) Measure 2011 on 1st July 2011.
