The Provision of Early Learning and Childcare (Specified Children) (Scotland) Amendment (No. 2) Order 2021 No. 344

Amendments

2.—(1) The Provision of Early Learning and Childcare (Specified Children) (Scotland) Order 2014(1) is amended as follows.

(2) In article 1(2) (citation, commencement, interpretation and application), in the definition of “qualifying benefit”—

(a) for “£7,320” substitute “£7,500”,

(b) on each occasion where it appears, for “£610” substitute “£625”.

S.S.I. 2014/196, amended by S.S.I. 2015/268, S.S.I. 2017/182 and S.S.I. 2019/359. S.S.I. 2014/196 will also be amended by S.S.I. 2021/67 which comes into force on 1 August 2023.
