2. In these Regulations—
“the 2011 Regulations” means the Bus Lane Contraventions (Charges, Adjudication and Enforcement) (Scotland) Regulations 2011(1),
“the 2014 Act” means the Tribunals (Scotland) Act 2014,
“bus lane adjudicator” (except insofar as the context otherwise requires in regulation 5) means a person who is appointed as a parking adjudicator for the purposes of Part 2 of the Road Traffic Act 1991(2) and, by virtue of regulation 11(a) of the 2011 Regulations, is a bus lane adjudicator,
“bus lane contravention” has the meaning given by section 44(3) of the Transport (Scotland) Act 2001(3) in which a motor vehicle is involved, and
“First-tier Tribunal” means the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland.
