Amendments relating to the Seed Potatoes (Scotland) Regulations 2015
17.—(1) Regulation 16 (the Seed Potatoes (Scotland) Regulations 2015) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (2)—
(a)before sub-paragraph (a) insert—

““applicable GB grade” means—
in relation to seed potatoes produced in Scotland, the GB grade determined in respect of those seed potatoes under regulation 8(2)(a) or, as the case may be, under regulation 15(2), and—
