Amendments to the Representation of the People (Scotland) Regulations 20017
In regulation 32ZBA (annual canvass)—
a
in paragraphs (1), (2) and (4) omit “of parliamentary electors” in each place where it occurs,
b
in paragraph (5)(b)(ii), after “regulation 32ZBF(5)” insert “or (5A)”,
c
in paragraphs (6) and (8) omit “in respect of a register of parliamentary electors”.
