Citation and commencement
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.

2. In section 27(1) of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981(1), in the definition of “wild bird”, after “visitor to” insert “the United Kingdom or”.
