3.—(1) The Assured Tenancies (Notices to Quit Prescribed Information) (Scotland) Regulations 1988(1) are amended in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) In paragraph 1 of the schedule for “court” substitute “the First-tier Tribunal for Scotland Housing and Property Chamber”.
