8.—(1) The Islands (Scotland) Act 2018(1) is amended as follows.
(2) In the schedule (duties in relation to island communities: relevant authorities)—
(a)Omit paragraph 49, and
(b)After paragraph 57 insert—
“57A. Public Health Scotland.”.
