1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Scotland) (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019.
(2) These Regulations come into force on exit day.
(3) In these Regulations, “the Principal Regulations” means the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) (Scotland) Regulations 1989(1).
