10.  In regulation 27 (application of various provisions of the Act)—

(a) in paragraph (2) for “or Regulation 10/2011” substitute “, Regulation 10/2011 or Regulation 2018/213”, and

(b) in paragraph (3) for “or Regulation 10/2011” substitute “, Regulation 10/2011 or Regulation 2018/213”.
