1. These Regulations may be cited as the Town and Country Planning and Electricity Works (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Amendment Regulations 2019 and come into force on exit day.
2.—(1) The Town and Country Planning and Electricity Works (EU Exit) (Scotland) (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2019(1) are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 1 (citation and commencement), for “7 days after exit day” substitute “on the day after exit day”.
(3) In regulation 5 (amendment of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017)—
(a)in paragraph (10)(c), in the new paragraph (6A)(e) for “after “Directive”” substitute “at the end”,
(b)in paragraph (14)(a)(i) after “United Kingdom” insert “level”.
(4) In regulation 6(11)(a)(i) (amendment of the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2017) after “United Kingdom” insert “level”.
